I am a qualified, professional, results focused life coach and mentor, providing my services in a confidential and empathetic way. I work with clients to achieve change by helping managers and staff identify aspects of their professional and personal lives they wish to improve.
In my 25 years of people management experience as a corporate human resources manager and general manager of two organisations, I developed a passion for personal coaching and mentoring. I have enhanced this experience with professional training and qualification.
