Grief Coaching
Grief coaching is often the next step for people who have worked with a counsellor or psychologist, or have tried unsuccessfully to come to terms with their grief on their own.
I have had vast experience working with people, both men and women, who have suffered the loss of a loved one, and have supported and encouraged them on their personal "grief journey".
Everyone deals with grief differently and it's important to find the right way to re-establish one's life.
This is one of the hardest journeys people have to travel, but with support and encouragement, even though at times it doesn't seem possible, a happy and fulfilling life can be achieved.
I have personally conquered my mountain, and so have many others I have worked with.
Who can benefit through "Coaching Through Grief?"
- a family member who has lost a loved one
- a friend who has lost a special mate or colleague. So often friends are expected
"just to get on with life" which is not always easy.
