Thelma French
COMPANY DIRECTOR

Thelma has been working in the area of human resources for 25 years, 15 years as HR Manager with INL (now Fairfax Media) and the last ten years as General Manager for Yellow Ribbon (Youth Suicide Awareness Trust) and Cure Kids (Child Health Research Foundation). Thelma believes in positive HR, knowing this adds tremendous value to the bottom line and how the company is perceived both internally and externally.

There is no issue too big or small for Thelma who prides herself in her work, achieving the desired outcome in a conciliatory and respectful manner.
Thelma is a JP and qualified life coach. She is married, has a daughter and enjoys sailing, travelling, adventures (which sailing and travelling both provide), the gym, spending time with family and friends and just enjoying life.

Sue Blair is a qualified MBTI practitioner with a corporate background in Sales, Customer Services, Training and Management. She is also author of The Personality Puzzle, an internationally used resource for understanding personality type. She is an experienced presenter with a contagious enthusiasm for passing on her specialist knowledge. Her workshops improve essential skills in diverse work environments and highlight the importance of self awareness and particularly behaviour patterns under stress. Specialist topics include communication skills, sales, leadership and team building. All workshops convey the important message “Do NOT do unto others as you would have done unto you - they may have different tastes!”

Rosina Webb

Rosina has been working as a career coach for the last 4 years. She has a strong marketing and sales background working for organisations such as Sky City, Westfield, Telecom, AUT and Auckland City Council. She is able to leverage this experience in her coaching work, focusing on helping her clients market themselves into their ideal job. By following Rosina’s structured approach, many of her clients have overcome the challenges posed by the current economic circumstances and made successful career transitions.
