I have a passion for learning and for achieving whatever I set out to do.

With ThelmaFrench.com I bring together my education, training and experience of over 25 years and offer my services as an HR consultant and advocate for both employer and employees.

Experience:

15 years as generalist HR Manager at INL (now Fairfax Media) employing approximately 500 staff. Working closely with managers, staff and unions.
A founding trustee of the Youth Suicide Awareness Trust, its working arm, the Yellow Ribbon Foundation and “It’s OK to ask for HELP” programme. Appointed General Manager.
General Manager of the Cure Kids charity for four years. Cure Kids is the public face of the Child Health Research Foundation, an organisation raising money for research into childrens’ life threatening illnesses.
Certified Life Coach, trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Myers Briggs personality profiling, marriage and funeral celebrant
